AAS JOINS HANDS TO SUPPORT COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY TYPHOON YAGI

The Yagi typhoon has passed, but the devastation and sorrow it left behind still ache in our hearts. Like millions of Vietnamese people turning their thoughts toward their fellow countrymen in times of peril, we — the employees of AAS — wish to share and contribute, hoping to alleviate the losses endured by those in storm and flood-stricken areas.

Guided by the urgency of “rescue as a priority,” AAS’s relief efforts were planned and executed immediately upon receiving the first reports of the typhoon’s damage. With heartfelt empathy and a sense of urgency, on September 11 and 12, all relief supplies were transported to difficult and isolated areas in Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen. These essential goods were delivered directly to nearly 200 households severely affected by the floods.

Furthermore, through the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the AAS collective also extended financial support to families who lost their primary breadwinners or whose loved ones suffered severe injuries resulting in a loss of labor capacity following the tragic landslides in Bat Xat, Yen Bai.

We hope that these small actions will, once again, help spread and amplify the humanitarian spirit of the Vietnamese people and the AAS family to the community!
