How can I look up the final settlement price of a derivative?
Clients can follow these two steps:
Step 1: Access VSD’s website at: https://www.vsd.vn/vi/thong-tin-san-pham
Step 2: Enter the derivative’s expiration date (usually the third Thursday of the month) to look up the information.
Where can I find a detailed breakdown of fees and taxes?
I have a stock trading account. Can I also trade in derivatives?
- Investors who already trade in the stock market are eligible to also trade in the derivatives market.
- If your existing regular securities trading account is with a securities company that is also a Derivatives Trading Member, you are entitled to use that same account for derivatives trading, but you must first open a margin account with a Clearing Member.
- In cases where your regular securities trading account is with a securities company that is not a Derivatives Trading Member, you must open a derivatives trading account at a different securities company that is a Derivatives Trading Member if you wish to trade in the derivatives market.
