Issued by the Chairman of the SSC to NH Vietnam Securities Company Limited with the following details:

2. Decision No. 776/QĐ-UBCK dated October 14, 2025
Amending Decision No. 171/QĐ-UBCK dated March 28, 2022, which approved the establishment of a securities company branch.
Accordingly, NH Vietnam Securities Company Limited is approved to establish NH Vietnam Securities Company Limited – Hanoi Branch with the following details:
