NLG MONITORING RECOMMENDATION - DIVESTMENT DEAL
We recommend MONITORING NLG stock with the following arguments:
- A series of major projects are being launched (Mizuki Park, Paragon, Izumi City Phase 3, Waterpoint, An Zen Residence, VSIP Hai Phong…) helping to significantly increase deferred revenue.
- Large backlog: Approximately 6,000 billion VND worth of contracted but unrecognized products will be accounted for upon handover in the second half of 2025, mainly from the Southgate project (Waterpoint).
- The simultaneous handover of multiple projects in the second half of the year will not only accelerate the recognition of business results but also strengthen NLG's reputation in the Southern real estate market.
- We believe that the divestment deal in Izumi City (ownership reduced from 65.1% to 50%) will contribute approximately 250 billion VND in financial profit to NLG in 2025.
