The VN-Index closed the trading session forming a "Small Black Candle" trading pattern. Trading volume increased and was above the 20-day average. Decreasing price with increasing volume is a negative technical signal. Key points to note: (i) The index is facing medium-term resistance as shown on the chart and has turned downwards. This has been a common trading pattern recently. We still share the view that strong upward momentum is quite challenging at present. (ii) Investors tend to choose stock groups supported by good business results, such as seafood processing, textiles, retail, etc. This shows that fundamental factors are being paid attention to. (iii) The speculative stock group facing the strongest pressure is the FLC ecosystem, which tends to hit the floor and lose liquidity. However, fundamentally, the market remains differentiated and shows the ability for trading rotation.
