MARKET PULSE The VN-Index closed trading forming a "Black Candle" pattern. Trading volume increased and remained below the 20-day average. Technically, today's trading pattern, market breadth, and volume are not positive patterns. Key points to note: (i) RSI(14) has formed a Failure Swing pattern and established a new high. This is a good technical signal. However, RSI(14) has not yet surpassed the low of January 10, 2022. (ii) The VN-Index is below the dynamic resistance of MA(20). Currently, MA(20) and MA(50) are flattening. This could cause the index to enter a sideways trend. According to the "Price Action" analysis method for VN30, we have 12 codes showing buy signals, 03 codes showing sell signals, and 15 codes showing sideways signals. Banking stocks, MWG, PNJ, PLX are currently showing good trading signals. According to quantitative statistics, with today's pattern, in the next trading session, the VN-Index has a 51% probability of increasing and a 43.47% probability of the closing price being higher than the opening price. Statistics show that the market will increase with a lower closing price tomorrow. A similar tug-of-war situation as today may appear. Resistance is 1,500 points and support is 1,430 points.
