VN-Index closed the trading session forming a "Small Black Candle" pattern. Trading volume decreased and was below the 20-day average. Falling prices with decreasing trading volume is not necessarily a negative signal. Points to note: (i) The psychological resistance level of 1,200 points still hinders the index's breakout. (ii) The market seems to be in a waiting mood for July 27th when the FED announces new operating interest rates, along with the restructuring of VN30-tracking funds on July 28th. (iii) The market still sees capital rotation, but the profitability of stocks is quite low, especially if trading within the T+3 cycle. (iv) VN-Index is tending to fill the price GAP.
