MARKET PULSE VN-Index closed the trading session forming a "Long Black Candle" pattern. Trading volume increased and was above the 20-day average. Price increasing with decreasing volume and price decreasing with increasing volume is a negative trading pattern. Key points to note: (i) Strong upward pressure at the end of the hour caused the index to break the dynamic support level MA(20). (ii) The VN-Index encountered strong resistance at the 1,130-point area, which is the dynamic MA(30) weekly resistance, where long-term investors following technical analysis identify long-term upward trends. According to past statistics, the index usually takes 2-5 weeks of trading around this area before a "Break out" or a downward correction. On a weekly basis, within the sideways movement, we expect a range of 1,030 - 1,130 during the correction process according to MA(30) resistance. (iii) We believe investors need to observe the buying support around the MA(20) and MA(50) of stocks to determine the main trend of the market. According to the "Price Action" analysis method for VN30, we have 03 codes giving buy signals, 13 codes giving sell signals, and 14 codes giving sideways signals. PLX, TPB, GAS... show positive signals. According to quantitative statistics, with today's pattern, in the next trading session, the VN-Index has a 48% probability of increasing and a 28.57% probability of the closing price being higher than the opening price. Statistics show that the index will decrease tomorrow. Resistance is 1,130 points. Support area is 1,030 points.
