The VN-Index closed the trading session forming a "White Candle" trading pattern. Trading volume decreased but remained above the 20-day average. Rising prices with decreasing volume is not a positive sign. Key points to note: (i) The price decline of the securities and real estate sectors created a negative psychological effect on the market. However, today also saw some bright spots as the sharp decline was limited to only a few large, "national" stocks. Other stocks saw less of a decline. (ii) Tomorrow is ETF rebalancing day, and we observe that most ETFs are selling VN30 stocks. This could lead to a downward effect as current investors do not tend to choose stocks in this group for investment. According to the "Price Action" analysis method for VN30, we have 06 stocks showing buy signals, 04 stocks showing sell signals, and 20 stocks showing neutral signals. VRE, PNJ, MWG had the best trading signals of the day. According to quantitative statistics, with today's pattern, the VN-Index has a 49% probability of increasing in the next trading session, and a 52.27% probability of the closing price being higher than the opening price. Statistics show that the index will decrease, with tomorrow's closing price being higher than its opening price. Resistance is at 1,250 points and support is at 1,190 points.
