Regarding the periodic disclosure of Bond information as stipulated in Circular No. 122/2020/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2020, of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime for information disclosure and reporting according to the provisions of Decree No. 153/2020/N?-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government regulating the offering and trading of privately placed corporate bonds in the domestic market and the offering of corporate bonds to the international market, including the following reports:

Audited financial statements for 2022 ; Status of principal and interest payments for bonds for the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022; Financial status; Status of fulfillment of commitments by the issuing enterprise to Bondholders; Status of use of proceeds from bond issuance, audited by a qualified auditing organization.

?Bondholders who wish to review these documents are kindly requested to bring personal identification documents and records proving bond ownership (investment account statements, bond balance confirmations… issued within 3 working days prior to the date of request to review the documents) to SmartInvest’s office at 222 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Quang Trung Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City, and SmartInvest will facilitate Bondholders’ access to the aforementioned documents.
