On October 14, 2025, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 733/QĐ-UBCK, amending Decision No. 37/QĐ-UBCK dated January 16, 2023, regarding the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company, with the following amendment:
