The State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) Grants an Amended License for the Establishment and Operation of Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company
On October 15, 2025, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Amended License No. 113/GPĐC-UBCK, amending Establishment and Operation License No. 66/UBCK-GP dated November 15, 2007, granted by the Chairman of the SSC to Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS).
The amendment includes changes to the company’s legal representative and head office address, specifically as follows:
Head office address: No. 43 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City.
