I have successfully opened an eKYC account. How long will it take for me to receive a message or email from AAS?

You will receive your account login details as soon as you complete the online account opening registration. Please check the email address you registered with to get this information. If you do not receive the email, please check all your mailboxes, including the spam folder. Should you still not receive the login email, please contact AAS Customer Service Center at 1900 1811 or our support email at trungtamcskh@aas.com.vn

I currently have an account at another securities company. What do I need to do to transfer my account to AAS?

An investor can open multiple securities trading accounts at different securities companies.

To transfer your transactions to AAS, you first need to open a securities trading account with us. You can then transfer your cash and securities to your AAS account to start trading and using our full range of services.

Why do I have to change my password on my first login?

Your password will be automatically sent by the system to the email you registered with at the time of account opening.

To secure your account information, as soon as you receive your account details and password from the system, you must change it to a password of your choice and keep it confidential. Do not provide your password to anyone.

AAS uses a two-level password system, including a login password and a trading password.
