SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company would like to announce the registration results for the competitive offering to purchase a Lot of shares accompanied by receivables from DATC at Ngan Ha Paper JSC, as follows: – Name of the enterprise with shares accompanied by receivables offered competitively: Ngan Ha Paper JSC – Address: Phong Khe Industrial Cluster, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam – Total number of lots of shares accompanied by receivables offered competitively: 01 lot, including: + Number of shares offered competitively: 2,000,000 shares + Book value of receivables as of December 31, 2024, is VND 99,974,845,306 (Of which: Principal debt: VND 17,416,342,369; Interest debt: VND 78,630,407,747; Overdue interest debt: VND 3,928,095,190). – Total number of investors registered to participate in the competitive offering: 0 investors Pursuant to Clause 12, Article 2 of the Regulation on competitive offering of share lots accompanied by receivables of Ngan Ha Paper JSC, owned by Vietnam Debt Trading Company Limited, issued together with Decision No. 0210/2025/QD-TGD dated October 02, 2025, AAS will not organize the competitive offering on October 30, 2025, as previously announced.
