Some important notes:
– In the last 9 sessions, foreign investors were net buyers in 7 sessions. Clearly, there is a positive change coming from foreign investors, and we see that net buying is starting to trend upwards. Basically, this aligns well with our preferred models for market prediction, where domestic investors typically form the bottom and foreign investors tend to buy aggressively in strong resistance areas.
– Regarding cash flow, the market is strongly focused on the banking sector. This seems similar to the January 2024 period and indicates that a large 5-wave price increase for the banking sector has formed. (The number of banking stocks surpassing their peaks is increasing). We believe this trend will continue, after which cash flow will begin to rotate.
