[Market News 26/11/2024] IS VIB BECOMING THE FOCUS OF THE BANKING SECTOR?

Some important notes:

– Foreign investors net bought over 116 billion VND (including all 3 exchanges). Foreigners have stopped net selling and made slight net purchases in the last 2 sessions. It is too early to conclude that the net selling trend of foreign investors has ended, but the 10-year US government bond yield trending towards a peak is also good news for the Vietnamese stock market at this time.

– The VN-Index is making short-term recovery efforts. However, the index did not form an island cluster pattern as no price gaps appeared in the last 2 sessions. Technically, the candle on 11/14/2024 is a bearish candle, and the index will only confirm a short-term uptrend when it completely erases this candle, corresponding to breaking the 1,250-point resistance.
– Capital flow focused on utility stocks, with REE, POW, and NT2 all showing good price increases. Additionally, within the banking sector, VIB is the best-performing stock with its technical model gradually completing. With management continuously buying in, we can expect VIB to soon enter a new upward cycle.
