[MARKET NEWS 18/03/2025] CAPITAL ROTATION SEEKS OPPORTUNITIES IN STOCKS THAT HAVE NOT YET RISEN

Some important notes:

– Foreign investors net bought over 163 billion VND (including all 3 exchanges). Of course, one net buying session does not indicate a trend reversal, but it at least helps us alleviate selling pressure in the large-cap group. In the short term, FPT and GMD are the most net-sold stocks.

– After the adjustment session, the index is starting to rise again. The difference is probably that the momentum in the leading group has spread to other stock groups. Here, with the banking group, we see price increases appearing in banks that have not risen recently, such as VPB, SHB, NAB…, real estate groups like DIG, and especially we see capital flows starting to seek out small and medium-cap stocks that are forecast to have good business prospects in 2025, such as DC4 (hitting the ceiling and setting a new high).

Based on our view, the market will continue to rotate and gain points, and investors should pay attention to the business plans of companies in the upcoming AGM disclosure documents.
