SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: AAS) would like to send to our Valued Customers the professional securities investor qualification confirmation fee schedule as follows:

	PROFESSIONAL SECURITIES INVESTOR QUALIFICATION CONFIRMATION FEE
1.1	Confirmation of Professional Investor status for transactions at AAS and supporting documents provided by AAS	Free of charge
1.2	Confirmation of Professional Investor status for transactions at AAS and supporting documents provided by a third party	500,000 VND/account/confirmation
1.3	Confirmation of Professional Investor status not for transactions at AAS and supporting documents provided by AAS:
1.3.1	Confirmation of Professional Investor status based on the criterion “Average daily market value of listed and registered securities portfolio, excluding margin loan value and securities repurchase transaction value, for a minimum of 180 consecutive days prior to the determination date ? 2 billion VND”	500,000 VND/account/confirmation
1.3.2	Confirmation of Professional Investor status according to the remaining criteria of Clause 1, Article 11 of Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14	300,000 VND/account/confirmation
