II. Specific Responsibilities:

• Account for and control accounting transactions arising at the securities company

• Review tax declaration, payment, registration, and finalization

• Perform data and payment file checks for customers purchasing corporate bonds (TP VP)

• Resolve and report issues related to bond documents and records

• Check payment documents and files for bond-buying customers, resolve bond document issues, perform bond operations, prepare bond reconciliation reports, and provide bond data to the deputy manager for monthly reports

• Stamp and store accounting documents, review documents before archiving

• Review payroll accounting, reconcile payroll and insurance with HR

• Coordinate with payment accountant to reconcile monthly stock commission statements with HR

• Check accountant’s entries: Reconcile cash balances with the bank, reconcile investor cash balances with the core system daily, urge and control reconciliation of outstanding balances with related parties….

• Together with the deputy manager, review accounting data files before providing them to relevant authorities

• Prepare basic data for the deputy manager to create monthly reports

• Provide accounting ledger data as assigned by the head or deputy head of the department for each period

• Other tasks as assigned by the head/deputy head of the department for each period
