Additionally, AAS continuously improves the quality and performance of its human resources, optimizes capital efficiency, and strengthens risk management.As of the end of September 2022, AAS had cumulative operating revenue and pre-tax profit of over 593 billion VND and over 362.8 billion VND, respectively. A team of over 500 personnel serves customers at the headquarters and branches, representative offices. AAS is proud to have been honored in the “Fast Enterprise Award” category in its first year of participation.The “Fast Enterprise Award” is a category that honors businesses with outstanding growth rates in revenue, customers, network coverage, etc., in recent years.AAS went through many different rounds of evaluation, from assessing the company’s capability profile to direct interviews with business leaders and in-depth independent research by the Organizing Committee.In the next phase, what is AAS’s development strategy to affirm and develop its position in the market?In 2022, AAS aims to be among the Top 10 securities companies with the largest charter capital and market share, continuing to maintain monthly profit growth. The company will diversify its business services through technology platforms.The award is a testament to the relentless efforts of AAS’s collective and Board of Directors. Focusing strongly on the retail market, AAS plans to open a branch in Ho Chi Minh City and offices in northern provinces (Thor Complex Transaction Office, Thai Nguyen, Nam Dinh, Hai Phong) in 2022.
