Notice regarding investors needing to review and standardize CCCD data at AAS

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 4501/UBCK-CNTT from the State Securities Commission (SSC) sent on July 19, 2024, regarding the review and standardization of investor and securities practitioner data according to Project 06/CP, AAS would like to send to Valued Investors some quoted contents as follows: – For investors whose information does not match the information on their Citizen Identification Card (CCCD): Individual investors are required to verify and update their information according to the CCCD. – In cases where investors do not cooperate to update and standardize information, units are requested to require investors to conduct securities transactions directly at the counter and continue to implement measures to standardize data information when investors transact directly at the counter. Therefore, to avoid interrupting the trading process of Valued Investors at AAS, we would like to respectfully inform Valued Investors as follows: 1. Review the information on your securities trading account at AAS to ensure it matches the latest information on your CCCD. 2.
