- Offering Price: 33,900 VND/share
- Eligible Participants: Domestic and foreign organizations and individuals with demand to purchase VPBankS shares, who are not subject to prohibition/restriction under the law and the Company Charter.
- Minimum Subscription Quantity: 100 shares/Investor
- Maximum Subscription Quantity: Maximum 93,750,000 shares (equivalent to 5% of VPBankS’s expected charter capital after the offering)
- Volume Increment (Step-size): 100 shares (the subscription quantity must be a multiple of 100)
- Deposit Amount: 10% of the registered purchase quantity multiplied by the Offering Price
- Purchase Registration + Deposit Placement: From October 10, 2025, to 4:00 PM on October 31, 2025
- Last Day to Receive Registration Documents: Before 4:00 PM on October 31, 2025
- Announcement of Purchase Registration Results and Share Allocation: From November 01, 2025, to November 02, 2025
- Payment for Allocated Shares from Investors: From November 03, 2025, to no later than 4:00 PM on November 07, 2025
- Refund of Deposit for Non-Allocated Investors/Excess Refund: According to the regulations guiding the registration and payment for VPBankS shares.
