• Principal debt: VND 17,416,342,369

• Interest: VND 78,630,407,747

• Overdue interest: VND 3,928,095,190

Rights and obligations of the investor:
The investor acquiring the lot of shares and associated receivables shall inherit all creditor rights from Vietnam Debt Trading Company Limited (DATC) and all rights and obligations of DATC at Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company, including the obligation to continue implementing the agreed debt write-off for Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company in the amount of VND 70,993,276,199.
