Smart Invest Securities Joint Stock Company (AAS), formerly known as Gia Anh Securities Joint Stock Company, was established on December 26, 2006, under Decision No. 38/UBCK-GPKD. Following more than 19 years of development, with its initial charter capital of 22 billion VND, the Company now provides a full range of securities services, and its charter capital has grown to 2,300 billion VND. In line with the development of the general socio-economic landscape and the securities market in particular, AAS has been expanding its reach in both the domestic and international markets. By consistently listening to and understanding the needs of investors, AAS is always committed to adapting to the evolving financial landscape, operating under the principle: "For the Prosperity of Our Clients."

AAS has established, maintained, and expanded a vast network of both individual and institutional clients. Notably, many clients have achieved success in complex financial plans — including restructuring, equitization, listing, capital raising, and divestment — through close collaboration with AAS.

HR Asia Award (HRAA)

The HR Asia Award is a prestigious annual international award in the Asian region that assesses the working environments of hundreds of large-scale and high-growth companies.
