AAS APPROVED TO ISSUE AND REGISTER TO OFFER 120 MILLION SHARES TO THE PUBLIC
Accordingly, if the issuance is successful, AAS will increase its charter capital from 800 billion VND to 2,000 billion VND by issuing shares to pay dividends of 40 million shares and publicly offering 80 million shares with a par value of 10 thousand VND.

SmartInvest Securities mainly operates in the fields of securities investment consulting, corporate financial consulting, securities brokerage, securities depository, proprietary trading, and securities underwriting.
In 2022, AAS achieved operating revenue of 1122.72 billion VND, reaching 102% of the plan, and pre-tax profit reached 100% of the plan with 398.961 billion VND. AAS is investing in developing a new core securities software system applying advanced technologies, promoting the individual customer segment with the goal of being among the top 10 securities companies with the largest brokerage market share on both exchanges.
In the past year, AAS also continuously received prestigious domestic and international awards such as the Fast Enterprise Award, and the Vietnam Leading Brand Award 2022, honored by the Vietnam Union of Science and Enterprise Development and the Asia Economic Research Institute. Also in 2022, AAS participated in the IR Awards selection council, contributing ideas to build a set of criteria for evaluating IR and honoring businesses with the best IR activities in Vietnam.
