What steps should I take if I forget my trading password/online trading password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly by accessing the online trading platform and clicking the “FORGOT PASSWORD” button. After you complete the required fields to verify your identity, including your AAS securities trading account number and your mobile phone number, the system will automatically send a new password to the email address you provided during the initial account registration.
