AAS Successfully Advised on the Issuance of a 2,000 Billion VND Bond Batch for Becamex

(?TCK) Smart Invest Securities Joint Stock Company (Smart Invest, stock code: AAS) successfully completed the issuance and offering of bond lot BCMH2328001 worth VND 2,000 billion to Investment and Industrial Development Corporation – JSC (Becamex) in September 2023. According to the bond issuance results report announced by Becamex, the total number of bonds issued is 20,000 bonds, with a par value of VND 100 million/bond, a term of 5 years, interest paid quarterly, and a coupon interest rate for the first 4 interest periods of 12%/year.
