NOTICE OF CHANGE IN INBOUND & OUTBOUND HOTLINE NUMBER AT AAS FROM 01/04/2024

To improve service quality and facilitate easier contact between our valued customers and Smart Invest Securities Joint Stock Company (AAS), AAS respectfully announces to our valued customers the change in the Call Center phone number as follows:1. AAS will change the INBOUND CALL CENTER number to 1900 1811 starting from April 1, 2024. Operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM in the morning, and from 1:00 PM to 5:45 PM in the afternoon, daily from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and Tet).This Call Center will serve customers trading on Securities Trading Accounts, providing answers & advice on information related to Securities Trading Accounts.Call charges: 1000 VND/minute (VAT included).2. OUTBOUND CALLS from AAS to our valued customers will display the prefix 0825 222 111 or show the brand Smart Invest / AAS for your convenience in identification.3. During the transition period, the current Customer Service Call Center number will continue to be maintained and serve partners and businesses contacting AAS for work-related matters.4.
