The VN-Index closed trading forming a “White Candle” pattern. Trading volume decreased and was above the 20-day average. A price increase with decreasing volume does not technically support a strong uptrend.

Key points to note: (i) The index broke above the dynamic resistance MA(50) and corrected. (ii) The upper band opened up, supporting an upward price movement. (iii) The market is in a phase of investing based on technical patterns. (iii) We observe a small inverse head and shoulders pattern at the bottom with a target price area of 1,252 points.

According to the “Price Action” analysis method for VN30, we have 16 codes giving buy signals, 11 codes giving sell signals, and 03 codes giving neutral signals. Banks… still show positive signals.

According to quantitative statistics, with today’s pattern, in the next trading session, the VN-Index has a 49% probability of increasing and a 50.64% probability of the closing price being higher than the opening price. Statistics show that the index may correct downwards in tomorrow’s session as profit-taking pressure increases. Resistances are at 1,252 points and 1,300 points respectively, and short-term support is at 1,142 points.
