AAS successfully advised on the issuance of a 2,000 billion VND bond for Becamex

(TNCK) Smart Invest Securities Joint Stock Company (Smart Invest, stock code: AAS) has successfully completed the issuance and offering of bond lot BCMH2328001 worth 2,000 billion VND to Investment and Industrial Development Corporation – JSC (Becamex) in September 2023.According to the bond issuance results report announced by Becamex, the total number of bonds issued is 20,000 bonds, with a par value of 100 million VND/bond, a term of 5 years, interest paid quarterly, the coupon interest rate for the first 4 interest periods is 12%/year, subsequent interest periods will be paid at a very attractive interest rate equal to the reference interest rate of the previous interest period +4.5% but not lower than 11.5%/year.

Becamex is a large corporation operating in multiple industries and fields, focusing on its strengths in real estate, construction, infrastructure development…, playing a key role in the socio-economic development and industrialization process of Binh Duong province.

For Becamex’s successful issuance, Smart Invest acted as the offering document consultant, issuing agent, registration agent, depository, and payment agent.
