ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE IN INBOUND & OUTBOUND CALL CENTER NUMBER AT AAS EFFECTIVE FROM 01/04/2024

To improve service quality and facilitate communication between Customers and Smart Invest Securities Joint Stock Company (AAS), AAS respectfully announces to Customers the change in the Call Center phone number as follows:

1. AAS will change the INBOUND CALL CENTER number to 1900 1811 starting from April 1, 2024. Operating hours: Morning from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM, Afternoon from 1:00 PM to 5:45 PM daily from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and Tet).

This will be the Call Center for Customers trading on Securities Trading Accounts, providing answers & advice on information related to Securities Trading Accounts.

Call charges: 1000 VND/minute (VAT included).

2. The OUTBOUND CALL CENTER from AAS to Customers will display the number 0825 222 111 or display the Smart Invest / AAS brand for your convenience in recognition.

3. During the transition period, the current Customer Service Call Center number will continue to be maintained and serve partners and businesses contacting AAS for work-related matters.

4. If contacting the old Call Center number, Customers will receive a notification guiding them to contact the NEW CALL CENTER 1900 1811 for service.
