Cash flow has started to focus on pushing up prices in the group of small and medium-cap stocks instead of large-cap stocks. There are two reasons: (a) This is a compensatory price increase phenomenon as this group did not increase much in price during the previous period when the VN-Index rose from 1,150 points to 1,300 points. (b) Cash flow is showing caution, and pushing up prices in the lower-tier group seems more appropriate given the current liquidity.

According to quantitative statistics, with today’s pattern, in the next trading session, the VN-Index has a 51% probability of increasing and a 44.44% probability of the closing price being higher than the opening price. Based on statistics, the index is expected to increase with the closing price (it is unclear whether it will be higher or lower than the opening price) in the trading session on Tuesday (We note that recent increase/decrease statistics are often incorrect as the market seems to be entering a sideways phase). Support is 1,210 points and resistance is 1,280 points.
