[Market News 06/02/2025] THE RISK CYCLE HAS APPEARED

Some important notes:

– The index will face some pressure around the current resistance area. The market has still been trading well with a trend of higher lows and higher highs recently, which is a necessary positive signal for the market.

– We see that the charts of many stocks are in a 5th wave decline, oversold territory, or quite a few stocks are setting new highs. This is a sign of an uptrend. As we have shared many times, we believe that the March 2025 cycle is a cyclical wave, and any short-term correction at this time is an opportunity to buy stocks. Basically, this is a gradual shift from a defensive mindset to a more optimistic phase.

– In the banking sector, LPB continues to be a well-performing stock in the current period, showing signs of continuing its uptrend after a VCP tightening pattern. With staff reduction and reorganization according to a new business model, LPB expects to further reduce its CIR and improve its business operating profit.

– CTD set a new high for the day with business results reaching 100 billion/quarter, which is in line with our expectations. Additionally, capital flow is starting to rotate, pushing up the prices of “national” stock groups such as securities, real estate, and steel, which is an initial signal that risk appetite is returning to the market.
