ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPETITIVE BIDDING REGISTRATION RESULTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A LOT OF SHARES WITH RECEIVABLES OF VIETNAM DEBT TRADING COMPANY LIMITED AT NGAN HA PAPER JOINT STOCK COMPANY SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company would like to announce the results of competitive bidding registration for the purchase of a Lot of shares with receivables from DATC at Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company, as follows:- Name of the enterprise with shares and receivables offered for competitive bidding: Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company- Address: Phong Khe Industrial Cluster, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam- Total number of lots of shares with receivables offered for competitive bidding: 01 lot, including:+ Number of shares offered for competitive bidding: 2,000,000 shares+ Book value of receivables as of December 31, 2024, is 99,974,845,306 VND (Of which: Principal debt: 17,416,342,369 VND; Interest debt: 78,630,407,747 VND; Overdue interest debt: 3,928,095,190 VND).- Total number of investors registered to participate in competitive bidding: 0 investorsPursuant to Clause 12, Article 2 of the Regulation on competitive bidding for lots of shares with receivables of Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Debt Trading Company Limited, issued together with Decision No. 1108/2025/QD-TGD dated August 11, 2025, AAS will not organize the competitive bidding on September 4, 2025, as previously announced.
