Pursuant to Clause 12, Article 2 of the “Regulations on the Competitive Offering of the Package of Shares and Receivables at Galaxy Paper Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Debt and Asset Trading Corporation,” issued under Decision No. 1108/2025/QĐ-TGĐ dated August 11, 2025, SmartInvest Securities JSC will not organize the competitive offering scheduled for September 4, 2025 as previously announced.
