Pursuant to Clause 12, Article 2 of the Regulations on the Public Auction of the Share and Receivables Lot of Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Debt Trading Company Limited, issued under Decision No. 0409/2025/QĐ-TGĐ dated September 4, 2025, SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company (AAS) will not conduct the public auction on September 26, 2025 as previously announced.
