– Total number of share and receivables lots offered in the public auction:

Number of shares offered: 2,000,000 shares
Book value of receivables as of December 31, 2024: VND 99,974,845,306
(including: Principal debt – VND 17,416,342,369; Interest – VND 78,630,407,747; Overdue interest – VND 3,928,095,190)
– Total number of investors registered to participate in the public auction: 0 investors
Pursuant to Clause 12, Article 2 of the Regulations on the Public Auction of the Share and Receivables Lot of Ngan Ha Paper Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Debt Trading Company Limited, issued under Decision No. 0409/2025/QĐ-TGĐ dated September 4, 2025, SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company (AAS) will not conduct the public auction on September 26, 2025 as previously announced.
