The State Securities Commission (SSC) has issued an amendment to the establishment and operation license of VPS Securities Joint Stock Company with the following details:
Charter capital: VND 12,800,057,000,000 (twelve trillion eight hundred billion and fifty-seven million dong).
The amended license takes effect from the date of signing.
