Administrative Sanction in the Field of Securities and Securities Market Against Bitexco Energy Joint Stock Company

On October 14, 2025, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) issued Decision No. 329/QĐ-XPHC on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the field of securities and the securities market against Bitexco Energy Joint Stock Company (Address: Room 303, 3rd Floor, The Manor, My Dinh 1 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City — now Room 303, 3rd Floor, The Manor, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi City), with the following details:

A monetary fine of VND 92,500,000 (ninety-two million five hundred thousand dong) was imposed pursuant to Point a, Clause 4, Article 42 of Decree No. 156/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government on administrative sanctions in the field of securities and the securities market, for failure to disclose information as required by law.

Specifically, Bitexco Energy Joint Stock Company:

• Failed to submit disclosure information to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) regarding the following documents:

  • Financial statements for 2020 and the first half of 2021;

  • Reports on interest and principal payment of bonds for 2020 and the first half of 2021;

  • Reports on the use of proceeds from bond issuance for 2020 and the first half of 2021.

• Submitted disclosure information late to the Hanoi Stock Exchange regarding the following documents:

  • Disclosure on early redemption of bonds under code BITEXCOL1620001;

  • Financial statements for 2021;

  • Reports on interest and principal payment of bonds for 2021;

  • Reports on the use of proceeds from bond issuance for 2021.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing./.
